Our curriculum is planned and developed by either a current/former school teacher or a Masters degree holder in a relevant field from a prestigious university. They are supported by our team of Teaching Assistants (Research) who work tirelessly to ensure that top-notch concise notes are crafted, beautifully designed, and aesthetically pleasing.

how we hire
At our tutoring center, we take hiring seriously. We focus on three areas when considering potential tutors:
A. Experience - Does the tutor have adequate tutoring experience? B. Qualifications - Is the tutor qualified to teach the subject? C. Passion - Does the tutor demonstrate passion in the delivery of lessons?
Once we have identified suitable candidates, we sort them into three categories:
Teaching Assistants, who will work alongside our Principal Tutor and assist with small group classes and lesson material preparation. Teaching Assistants will primarily teach Sec 3 and JC1 classes.
Senior Tutors, who are minimally holders of a Bachelors degree in the subject they are teaching. They will primarily teach graduating levels, such as Sec 4 and JC2 classes.
Master Tutors, who have years of teaching experience and are highly qualified in their respective subjects. These are typically tutors who were former school teachers or possess a Masters degree. Senior Tutors may also be promoted to Master Tutors after teaching at ETG for a minimum of 5 years. Our Master Tutors are consulted on curriculum matters and can be deployed to teach at all levels.
